We currently offer free delivery and pickup for all orders within Jackson County, MO, and Johnson County, KS.

Did you know that 95% of cardboard boxes are discarded after a single use, or that 24 million tons of cardboard are discarded each year? What about the fact that the demand for cardboard has made it the single largest waste product in people's trash?

Cardboard moving boxes don't make sense. The manufacturing process for making cardboard material uses a lot of water and energy. Using plastic moving crates can potentially save 9 cubic yards of landfill space, 700 gallons of water, and 46 gallons of oil.

Using plastic moving crates instead of cardboard boxes can also help to reduce a company's carbon footprint. Cheetah Crates allow you to make the choice of sustainability over disposability.

We typically cost about 25% less than cardboard boxes-- plus we save you the gas, money, and time of purchasing boxes, tape, and labels-- and there's no building, taping, breaking down, and trashing boxes!

We very happily accept Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.

That's entirely up to you!  Most residential rentals are 2 weeks, and most business rentals are roughly 1 month.  If you know ahead of time that you will need additional weeks, just give us a call!  We're happy to meet your needs.

Cheetah Crates fit snugly on the dolly and can be stacked 4-5 crates high.  We don't recommend stacking more than 5 crates per trip.

Our crates are 20 times stronger than cardboard boxes and crush-proof.

We have 3 sizes: Small, Medium, and Large.

Large boxes have interior dimensions of 26" x 17" x 14" and are 4.0 cubic feet. Enough for three dresser drawers or a kitchen cabinet.

Medium boxes have interior dimensions of 25.2" x 15.5" x 11" and are 2.3 cubic feet.

Small boxes have interior dimensions of 19.8" x 13.8" x 11.8" and are 1.8 cubic feet.

A good rule of thumb is 5 large boxes per room.

Yes!  Once you select the right package for you, you will be able to add extra moving supplies on the checkout page. We offer additional Zip Ties, Packing Paper, and Bubble Wrap.

15 Zip Ties and a black Dry Erase marker come with every order.

Yes, all crates are cleaned and bio-sanitized before you receive them.

Used cardboard boxes often attract dirt and insects, but Cheetah Crates keep your items clean from start to finish!

Our focus is to make your life easier! We save time, provide convenience, and offer the best prices.

We are confident that after you use Cheetah Crates, you will never go back to cardboard boxes!

We highly recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance.

However, if you need something sooner, give us a call and we will try our best to get you crates quickly.

Our minimum rental period is 7 days, but you are welcome to select additional days at checkout!

We will try our best to help you choose the right package for your move.  However, if you need additional Cheetah Crates, contact us and we will do our best to get you more!

For additional crates, Cheetah Crates are a flat $4/each with a minimum amount of 12 crates.

Due to COVID, we are doing contactless delivery-- you do not have to be home!

Your boxes can be delivered to your front door, yard, garage, or up to 6ft inside your home.

The driver will record the crates delivered and email you a delivery confirmation receipt. Your rental agreement will also be emailed to you for a digital signature. See our COVID FAQ page for more changes.

Yes.  When you first place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive an email the day before delivery with a 2-hour delivery window.

On the day of delivery, we will text you when we are about 30 minutes away with an ETA. If any changes need to be made to your delivery or pickup, please contact us before your delivery.

During your pickup, your boxes and dollies will be counted.

If there are missing items, your card on file will be charged the following incidental fees:

• $30/box for missing small boxes
• $35/box for missing medium boxes
• $40/box for missing large boxes
• $90/dolly for missing dollies

Additional fees:

• $25 per missed pickup without a requested rental extension
• $4/box for re-deliveries
• $15 per additional delivery or pickup
• $1/box per damage caused by permanent labels

Absolutely! Our plastic moving crates are built to handle all climates, including chilly temperatures. They won't freeze or crack like frostbitten cardboard boxes. While our moving crates are built to withstand the cold, please be sure to pack your items appropriately. Extreme cold can cause damage to the contents INSIDE the crate, so please be cautious when packing items such as electronic devices, musical instruments, wooden furnishings, art supplies, leather items, and anything else in a sealed container, especially if the container is made of glass.
